2. Manner of working:
The precuring body will be hanged by the fixed-point bridge crane on the overturning platform to take off the mold frame, by the hydraulic mechanism overturning platform is turn over 90 degrees, then from the longitudinal cutting agencies and transverse cutting agencies to complete the six-side cutting, after cutting body turn over 90° By a hydraulic mechanism back in place, complete a cutting cycle.

The step-by-step mobile cutting machine
1. Overview: Our factory's production JFQ air turnover cutting machine is base on the German YTONG technology, combine with the domestic actual situation and develop a simple, practical, high efficient cutting machine unit.
2. Manner of working:
(1)Trolley walk: The precuring body with mold turn over 90° In the air, then put the body on the cutting machine, take off the mold frame by the de-molding mechanism, then use the level cutting car to cut levelly, after the work done, transverse cutting trolley fix the position and cut vertically from top to bottom and homing after cutting, and then sling the body, lastly the level cutting car homing.
(2) Body walk: The precuring body with mold turn over 90° In the air, then then put the body on the cutting car or roller, take off the mold frame by the de-molding mechanism. By the trolley or roller walk body is cut levelly, after cutting body move on to the cross-section location positioning, and after horizontal cutting body keep moving to be lifted by the crane.
